If you are a ministry leader and you want to use the facilities and grounds for a ministry event, you do not need to complete a Facility Request Form. Simply call the church office and speak with Cheryl.

For any requests that are not church ministries, everyone, members and nonmembers alike, must complete a Facility Request Form, which you can find at the bottom of our website. First, check the church calendar on the website to see if your preferred date is available. Church meetings and ministries always take precedence over other events. Then, read, complete, and submit the online Facility Use Request Form. Make note of any fees associated with the use of the facility.

Note: Submitting a request form acknowledges that you have read and agree with the Facility Use Policies. We always reserve the right to decline use of our facilities or grounds.
